Adobe Reader and Acrobat Buffer Overflow

Adobe Reader and Acrobat are applications for handling PDF files. The applications are exposed to a buffer overflow vulnerability because the applications fail to perform adequate boundary checks on user-supplied data. Adobe Reader and Acrobat versions earlier than 7.1.4, 8.1.7, and 9.2 are affected by this issue.
