RunCms "magpie_debug.php" Cross-Site Scripting Issue

RunCms is a PHP-based content management system. The application is exposed to a cross-site scripting issue because it fails to sanitize user-supplied input to the "url" parameter of the "modules/headlines/magpierss/scripts/magpie_debug.php" script. RunCms version 2.1 is affected.
