Legal aspects of hacking

This week we will focus on a cyber crime case study and delve deeper to get an understanding of the hacking process, the most common form of computer crime.

Before any legal analysis of any factual situation in a hacking incident can be done, one needs to understand the hacking processes involved. Over the next two weeks, we will address the hacking process, its legal implications and the techniques of legal analysis.
