Phishers target Google users

Web monitoring company Websense is warning of a phishing attack that uses the Google brand to scam credit card details. Emails have been spammed out directing computer users to a spoofed copy of Google's front page with a large message claiming that they have "won $400".

Chrome extension thwarts user profiling based on typing behavior

Infosec consultant Paul Moore came up with a working solution to thwart a type of behavioral profiling. The result is a Chrome extension called Keyboard Privacy, which prevents profiling of users by the way they type by randomizing the rate at which characters reach the DOM.
