Visa delays plan to cut ties with CardSystems

Visa USA Inc. plans to delay by three months its plan to cut ties with CardSystems Solutions Inc., the payment processor hit by a large security breach earlier this year.

The move comes less than a week after electronic payments company CyberSource said it intends to buy most of the assets of CardSystems.
