What's missing from outbound e-mail scanning

Outbound e-mail scanning has historically taken a backseat to inbound scanning. Increasingly however, enterprises are concerned with ensuring that inappropriate, sensitive, confidential or non-compliant information is not leaking from the enterprise along with legitimate messages and attachments.
