Security a top concern with online bankers

Now that smaller banks and credit unions have joined their larger peers in offering online banking, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. is regularly giving security advice. In July, the FDIC released two open letters of guidance to banks and credit unions nationwide on how best to handle security. In August, they issued another with tips on setting up a fraud hotline for customers.
