Security ignores enemies within

Many UK IT managers are investing in security software to protect systems from external threats but are neglecting to enforce good practices to stop data being stolen by employees, experts have warned. Over half of data thefts are committed by insiders, and new laws are needed to force firms to take physical security more seriously, they added.
