Kentucky is first state to complete security requirement

The Kentucky Office of Homeland Security was told by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that Kentucky is the first state in the nation to complete the National Incident Management System Capability Assessment Support Tool, the first step in a process to reaching full National Incident Management System, or NIMS, compliance.
