German tech university offers summer hacking course

Security experts seeking to hone their skills are invited to attend the "Summer School of Applied IT Security" at one of Germany's top technical universities in September.

For the second time, the RWTH Aachen University is staging its late-summer hackers' camp from Sept. 19 to Sept. 30 on its campus, the university said Friday.
