Hackers target Mac OS and Linux

Malicious code writers are increasingly targeting non-Windows systems such as Mac OS and Linux, a security research group said Monday.

In its top 20 list of the most critical Internet vulnerabilities in the first quarter, the Sans Institute reported that security flaws were found in cross platform media players such as Apple's iTunes, RealNetwork's RealOne Player and RealPlayer, and Nullsoft's Winamp.
