Most organisations would be shocked to learn of the amount of commercially sensitive information stored in notebook PCs walking out their office doors each day.

An employee losing a notebook, or having a home computer stolen, is even more disturbing. SafeGuard Easy 4.1 protects data by encrypting a PC's hard drive. It stops the computer starting Windows unless you enter a logon and password, known as pre-boot authentication, making a stolen notebook or desktop computer little more than an expensive paperweight.
