Lashings of seasonal spam

Firms are being warned to prepare their systems and staff for a deluge of holiday-related spam, which experts say is set for a Christmas boom.

Email security and filtering specialist FrontBridge predicts spam will increase to account for approximately 90 percent of all emails sent to businesses in the weeks running up to Christmas, and it has provided a set of tips to help email users protect themselves (see below).
