How to clean a computer virus from your PC

There's no shortage on advice of how to avoid catching a computer virus: use up to date anti-virus software and install a firewall. Be careful about unsolicited attachments. Use an alternative browser. Stop using Windows! But when it comes to advice about disinfecting contaminated PCs advice is thin on the ground.

Corporates have access to extensive support and (likely) internal specialists. But for home users and small businesses this lack of knowledge is a real problem.

Chrome extension thwarts user profiling based on typing behavior

Infosec consultant Paul Moore came up with a working solution to thwart a type of behavioral profiling. The result is a Chrome extension called Keyboard Privacy, which prevents profiling of users by the way they type by randomizing the rate at which characters reach the DOM.
