Bluetooth poses security risk

Bluetooth wireless technology poses as great a security threat to corporate data as wireless LANs (WLANs), according to intrusion detection and management tools vendor Red-M. The firm said that Bluetooth is rapidly becoming ubiquitous in client systems, and that attackers could exploit this fact to gain access to networks and data.
