As the worms return

The most unwelcome guests always stay the longest.

That's just as true on our desktops as in our living rooms. For proof, take a look at last week's Kaspersky Labs report detailing the previous month's Top 20 worms and viruses.

The good news is that September was the first time a 2004 threat list didn't contain code held over from 2003. Last year's big bad boys, Swen and Sobig, finally dropped off the chart.
