Security chiefs pass test

The number of certified security professionals in the UK has jumped in the past three years, and experts now predict the profession will eventually become as regulated as engineering or accounting.

There are now over 1,000 Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSPs) in the UK, up from 40 three years ago. Globally, there are 27,000 across 106 countries, and experts predict further growth.
