Religious sect hacks Chinese TV

Security sources confirmed to the South China Morning Post that channels sharing the Sinosat-1 satellite, including most of China Central Television's 10 channels, and another 10 provincial channels, were hacked on Sunday night.

Analysts said that the group could have used a three-metre antenna mounted on a vehicle to avoid detection, and that the hacks highlight the Falun Gong's increasing sophistication.
