Initial setup for common functionality with Astaro Security Linux 4.0
This workshop describes the initial setup for common functionality with Astaro 4.0. It explains how to use Astaro Security Linux and the main functions like HTTP- and DNS-Proxy, but also how to reach the webserver in your internal network from the Internet. This short workshop can only describe the basics.
After installation Astaro 4.0 you have first time to access WebAdmin for Astaro 4.0 by using your favorite Browser (https://10.0.0.1)
You will be asked to set up passwords for the WebAdmin, Shell Login, Shell Administrator, and Boot Manager. By careful and use good passwords. Please do not forget to save it. After the save, enter “admin” and the password you just saved to enter WebAdmin page.
