Complacent firms 'sleepwalking to a security disaster'

Martin Smith, a former head of information security at Standard Chartered Bank, says businesses have lulled themselves into a false sense of security.

"Too many think security is all about technology and buying the latest kit or software which they think will protect their buildings and information," said Smith, who specialised in counter-terrorism during service in the RAF.
