Crime writer sues over online defamation

Best-selling crime writer Patricia Cornwell is suing another author, claiming he has posted libelous and defamatory statements about her online, according to court documents.

The lawsuit was filed in April in U.S. District Court in Richmond, Va., against Leslie Raymond Sachs, who claims on his blog that he is living in Brussels.
