Russia promises piracy crackdown

The Russian telecommunications minister has been reassuring visitors to CeBIT that his country is increasing its efforts to crack down on computer misuse.

Leonid Reiman told delegates at the show that Russia is introducing new laws to counter software piracy and online criminal activity.
