Five security technologies for 2007

Data integrity tools and systems topped the list of the most critical technologies for 2007 among the IT executives who participated in Computerworld’s Vital Signs trends survey for the first quarter of 2007.

Their plans for 2007 mirror a marketplace trend: As IT executives place data recovery and business continuity planning, as well as data security and privacy, at the top of their priority lists for the year, they expect that technology will drive many of the upcoming initiatives.
