Physical security is coming of age -- and not a minute too soon. While we tend to focus much of our attention on information security, we often forget that we have the same needs with regard to physical protection. It's not limited to the buildings where we work and live: growing threats to critical infrastructure are forcing us to take a serious look at how we can bring physical security into the 21st century. Chrome extension thwarts user profiling based on typing behavior

Infosec consultant Paul Moore came up with a working solution to thwart a type of behavioral profiling. The result is a Chrome extension called Keyboard Privacy, which prevents profiling of users by the way they type by randomizing the rate at which characters reach the DOM.
