Time Warner VP pokes holes in NSA spy program

It is impossible to judge the constitutionality of he National Security Agency's electronic surveillance program without facts about the program, according to Time Warner Senior Vice President David Kris.

Kris testified for a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday on the NSA program, which the White House claims targeted Americans in contact with foreign terrorists.
