When enterprises incorporate either WLAN or WWAN into their remote access solution, user authentication &data security become much more complex and challenging. Traditional security solutions such as IPSec and SSL VPNs were adequate to serve the needs of employees that logged-in from a fixed remote location. There is now a rapidly growing population of remote workers who are truly mobile, on the go all day long. With this large population present, there is a need for more secure wireless network solutions. The mobile VPN has been created specifically for this truly mobile worker.
