Is Gates' prediction on spam a bust?

"I think the only way to characterize that prediction, as we stand today, is inaccurate," said Scott Chasin, chief technology officer at e-mail services company MX Logic, of Gates' declaration from two years ago. "Spam is still congesting the Internet, and it's obviously a very visible problem in most consumer mailboxes."
