The International Communications and Information Security Association has organized successful events of ICICS'97 in Beijing, ICICS'99 in Sydney, ICICS'01 in Xian and ICICS'02 in Singapore. To follow the progress of academic and industrial security, ICISA will continue the ICICS series and initiate a new conference series ACNS.

Original paper on all aspects of applied cryptography and network security are solicited for submission to the conference. Areas of interests include but not restricted to:
