CNIS 2005: IASTED International Conference on Communication, Network and Information Security

Date: 14 November-16 November 2005
Location: Phoenix, USA
Organizer: IASTED
Homepage: http://www.iasted.org/conferences/2005/phoenix/cnis.htm

Modern communication systems demand everyday security, both at home and work. While email, online shopping, and pervasive computing allow increased information sharing, they also provide an avenue for malicious attackers to negate our privacy and alter our information. The IASTED International Conference on Communication, Network and Information Security (CNIS 2005) will bring together industry leaders and academic pioneers from several disciplines to further understand the direction that security is headed, and the methods that will be used to get there. This conference is for both builders and users of modern communication systems. CNIS 2005 will be held in conjunction with the IASTED International Conferences on: Parallel and Distributed Computing and Systems (PDCS 2005) Human-Computer Interaction (IASTED-HCI 2005) Software Engineering and Applications (SEA 2005).
