Sessions target systems technology professionals, lawyers, business continuity professionals, compliance officers and auditors at banks, brokerages, funds, asset managers, building societies and insurance companies, as well as their cyber security advisors and vendors. Both events feature a full day of sessions occurring simultaneously on November 30. Then on December 1, the delegates for both conferences will meet in one room to hear key new regulatory and compliance issues as well as informative discussions covering access management and wireless security.

Chrome extension thwarts user profiling based on typing behavior

Infosec consultant Paul Moore came up with a working solution to thwart a type of behavioral profiling. The result is a Chrome extension called Keyboard Privacy, which prevents profiling of users by the way they type by randomizing the rate at which characters reach the DOM.
