Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Virtual Private Networks are quickly gaining popularity as serious contenders in the remote-access marketplace. Analysts predict that products based on SSL VPN technology will rival – or even replace – IP Security Protocol (IPSec) VPNs as remote–access solutions.
