This technical brief will overview the inherent flaws that plague the internet today, making it vulnerable to corporate espionage, money laundering, grand larceny, trading frauds, and worst of all, cyber terrorism. We are in a new time, with old technology and old ideas funding newer technology. To be a success as a technological society, we must re-structure our core infrastructure for the needs and capabilities of today’s Internet.
